Optrel e670 cosmic green

The Orion with its unique automatic mode has been upgraded to include these new and improved features:
Integrated grind mode, sensor slide and a larger viewing making the Optrel e670 one of the most efficient welding helmets a welder can choose:

1. BIG LCD – big effect:
An enlarged display enables the welder to see more of hisenvironment and to even see weld objects being situated in a corner. Together with the already known patented headgear of Optrel, the viewing areas gets bigger by far. Choosing the distance from the eye to the LCD, can enlarge the viewing area by more than 10% in addition to the already 33 % bigger LCD.

2. Exchangeable batteries for endless energy supply:
Big LCD needs a lot of power. To ensure a never ending
energy supply, the new Optrel e670 not only offers the
well known solar cells with sleep mode function, but also aback up solution with exchangeables batteries. Under
normal use conditions a battery change is not necessary.

3.Grind mode:
Some welding applications also require the welder to
undertake grinding for which impact protecton is needed
for the eyes. The Optrel e670 provides protection for
welding and grinding all in one helmet. The cartridge canbe put into off-state to avoid flickering.

4.Additional sensor and sensor slide:
To make the auto mode more sensitive for position
welding, the new Optrel e670 has been updated by adding one more sensor to detect the welding arc: Now, TWOsensors detect the welding arc while one is detecting the intesity of the arc. Additionally a sensor slide to choose an opening angle of either 60° or 120° has been added.

5. Efficient cartridge exchange and reduced weight:
Thanks to a thinner helmet shell material and an optimised cartidge holding frame, the weight has been reduced by more than15%

6. True color view:
The already known Brilliant technology and the green filter from the Satellite have merged to one true color filter. The welder is able to see welding objects in more real colours and all LEDs on his welding machine.
